Constructed in the 1990’s Warsaw Towers is a comparatively older building located in the heart of Poland’s capital and the central business district. Assembly was tasked to create a brand identity and buzz that would challenge the current perceptions that Warsaw Towers is an outdated, under specified building.
Having completed a series of interior renovations, it was time to give Warsaw Towers a new identity and put the building firmly back into the minds of the local market. Set in an enviable location worthy of celebration, the new brand mark, supported by a bright and vibrant colour palette reflective of the building and city, creates a bold stamp cementing Warsaw Towers as a key fixture within the central business district.
Inspired by its own evolution, we wanted to tell a story that represents an exciting new chapter in the building’s life. ‘Discover the next chapter’ creates a platform that speaks both of the buildings transformation, but also to prospective tenants craving a scene change and established out-of-towners keen to set up base in the capital. This campaign was cited by industry press as setting a new benchmark for marketing in the Warsaw real estate market.
