An innovative recruitment initiative, designed to attract international talents
What do you do when you are seeking to hire more than 20 new personnel in one month? Instead of creating the usual type of recruitment campaign we decided to turn our company’s homepage into a commerce platform. Visitors to the site can choose from
four Hungarian-themed products: a coffee mug, a magic cube, a craft beer and an art print. The price? At the Shop of Possibilities the only accepted currency is a CV. No credit cards, no cash. We have received CVs from all over the globe, the website was featured on specialized media and we even got approached by professionals from other fields.
But, most important of all, we got our hometown noticed and showed it deserves to be
